صاحبانِ نظر! حضرت شیخِ اکبر محی الدین ابنِ عربی قدس سرہُ العزیز کی اس گراں مایہ تحریر میں سالک کے لیے معرفت کے سمندر کو کوزے میں بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔ آپ متضاد کیفیات کے ذریعے حقیقتِ حق تک پہنچنے کا رستہ دکھاتے ہیں۔ کبھی حکم ہوتا ہے کہ اسباب کے دروازے بند کر کے صرف مُسبّبُ الاسباب ذاتِ باری تعالیٰ کی چوکھٹ پر بیٹھ جاؤ تاکہ وہ بے حجابانہ کلام کرے، اور کبھی فرمایا جاتا ہے کہ اسباب کے بغیر حقائق کا ادراک ممکن نہیں، لہٰذا دروازہ کھلا رکھو۔ یہ مقاماتِ سلوک کی باریکیاں ہیں جہاں سالک کو اپنی بشری کمزوریوں کا ادراک بھی رکھنا ہے اور روح کی پاکیزگی کا اہتمام بھی کرنا ہے۔ کبھی تاریکیوں میں اُسے پکارنے کا حکم ہے تو کبھی نور کے پردوں میں۔ حضرت ایوب علیہ السلام کے صبر اور دعا کا حسین امتزاج ہو یا حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام کی سطوت و حکمت، چیونٹی جیسی کمزور مخلوق پر رحم ہو یا راہِ حق میں حائل ہونے پر اسے مٹانے کا حکم، یہ سب اشارات اُس مقامِ فنا و بقا کی جانب لے جاتے ہیں جہاں بندہ اپنی خودی کو مٹا کر صرف رضائے الٰہی کا طالب بن جاتا ہے۔

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم۔ محترم ناظرین! آج ہم شیخ اکبر محیی الدین ابن عربی کی عظیم تصنیف کے اسرار و رموز پر روشنی ڈالیں گے۔ یہ متن ہمیں روحانی سفر کے حقیقی مقام سے روشناس کراتا ہے۔ فرماتے ہیں: "کشتی کو توڑ اور شہرِ علم میں داخل ہو" – یہاں کشتی سے مراد ہمارا مادی وجود ہے جسے ہمیں مجاہدے اور ریاضت سے توڑ کر حقیقی علم کے شہر میں داخل ہونا ہے۔ ہمارے اندر کی ہر چیز کو جوڑے کی شکل میں ساتھ لے کر چلنا ہے، مگر اس پہاڑ پر چڑھنے والے کی بات پر کان نہ دھریں جو سمجھتا ہے کہ مادی پناہ گاہیں اسے بچا سکتی ہیں۔

حضور! دو کشتیوں کی بات سمجھیں: ایک کی نجات ٹوٹنے میں ہے تو دوسری کی سلامتی جڑے رہنے میں۔ بادشاہ تو صرف ایک ہے، لہٰذا شاہد کی کشتی مت توڑیں۔ اپنے وجود سے جوڑے نکال دیں کیونکہ حکم ہے: "دو خدا مت بناؤ"۔ ایک بچے کو زندہ کریں – یہ قلب کی روحانی طلب ہے، جس پر رب ذوالجلال قرب عطا فرمائے گا۔ دوسرے بچے کو جو کافر ہے، مار ڈالیں – یہ نفسانی خواہشات ہیں۔

دیوار کھڑی کریں – یہ ذات کی حفاظت ہے، اور دوسری دیوار گرا دیں – یہ حجاب ہے۔ دیوار میں پانی کا راستہ چھوڑیں مگر اسے مزید نہ کھولیں۔ وجود میں کم پر قناعت کریں۔ ہر معبود باطل کو معطل کر دیں، اپنا معاملہ چھپائیں جیسے برتن چھپایا جاتا ہے۔ پھر اس برتن کو مت چھپائیں اور اپنی ذات سے اپنی تعریف کروائیں۔ یہی ہے وہ راستہ جو شہرِ علم تک پہنچاتا ہے۔

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Dear viewers, today we delve into the profound wisdom of Shaykh al-Akbar Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi. This sacred text guides us through the spiritual journey towards ultimate truth. The Master instructs: "Break the vessel and enter the City of Knowledge" – meaning we must transcend our physical existence through spiritual discipline to access divine wisdom. We must carry all aspects of our being in pairs into this journey, while ignoring those who seek refuge in material mountains.

Understand the two vessels: one finds safety in breaking, while the other requires remaining intact. Since there's only one Sovereign, don't break the vessel of witnessing. Remove duality from your being, for God commanded: "Do not make two gods." Revive one child – representing spiritual yearning – and God will grant you proximity. Slay the other child – symbolizing earthly desires.

Build a wall to protect what must be preserved, and demolish the other wall that represents veils. Leave a water channel in the wall but don't expand it – be content with what suffices in existence. Suspend all false deities, conceal your spiritual state like the hidden vessel, then reveal it and let your essence praise itself. This is the path to the City of Knowledge that the great saints have walked.
