السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ۔۔۔ سنیے اور دل جمعی سے سنیے کہ شیخ اکبر محیی الدین ابن عربی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی اس کتاب کا یہ حصہ کس قدر بلند معارف سے بھرا پڑا ہے۔ سالک بیان کرتا ہے کہ پھر اس عظیم رسول نے میرے لیے خلیل اللہ کے آسمان کو کھولا۔ تو میں نے آپ کے روحانی راز کو بیت المعمور میں، نور کے لباس میں طواف کرتے پایا۔ آپ نے مجھے بڑی شفقت سے سلامتی سے استقبال کیا اور بے پناہ عزت بخشی۔ میں نے عرض کیا: اے میزبان کے پیکر اور مکہ کے ندا کرنے والے! مجھے اپنے امن والے مقام کی حقیقت سے آگاہ کیجیے۔ فرمایا: "والنجم إذا ہوی" میں غور کیجیے۔ میں نے پوچھا: آپ کی ذات میں میرا کیا حصہ ہے؟ ارشاد ہوا: یہی کہ اپنے رزق سے مخلوق کو کھلاؤ۔ اے بیٹے! کیا تجھے علم نہیں کہ اگر سخاوت نہ ہوتی تو وجود نہ ہوتا، اگر کرم نہ ہوتا تو حکمت کی بات نہ ہوتی، اگر قربانی کا جذبہ نہ ہوتا تو کوئی راز ظاہر نہ ہوتا۔ سالک کہتا ہے: میں نے درخواست کی کہ میں بیت المعمور اور اس مشہور مقام میں داخل ہونا چاہتا ہوں۔ فرمایا: اس کی کچھ شرائط ہیں جو "کتاب مسطور" اور "الرق المنشور" میں درج ہیں۔ میرے اصرار پر آپ نے ولایت عامہ کی انتہا کے حامل کیوان کو بلایا، جو اس کا خازن اور محافظ ہے۔ وہ فوراً حاضر ہوا اور اس نے کتاب لا کر میرے دائیں ہاتھ میں تھما دی۔ میں نے اس کی مہر کھولی اور اس میں لکھی سطریں پڑھیں: "بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم، لا الہ الا اللہ محمد رسول اللہ"۔ یہ خانہ حق اور نشست صدق ہے، یہ جمع و تقسیم کا مرکز اور مشرق و مغرب کا راز ہے۔ یہ ہر صاحب مقام پر حرام ہے سوائے اس کے جو رفیق اعلی سے آئے اور مقام ارفع تک پہنچے، وہ جو مقام "قاب قوسین و ادنی" میں ٹھہرے، جو اس منتخب محمدی کے لیے مقام محمود ہے۔ پھر معراج کے ان حقائق کا ذکر ہوا، سدرۃ المنتہی کا بیان ہوا، جنت المأوی کی نشانیاں بتائی گئیں۔ ذات کے مشاہدے کا ذکر ہے کہ کیسے صفات کی ڈھال نے اسے چھپا رکھا تھا۔ عرش و فرش کی حقیقت ہے، فرشتوں اور عارفین کے قدموں کا فرق ہے۔ وارثین کی ارواح کے مشاہدات کا دوام ہے، جبکہ دنیا میں یہ مشاہدے منقطع رہتے ہیں۔ سو جس نے یہ مقام پایا، اس پر بیت المعمور کا داخلہ حرام نہیں۔ اور سلامتی ہو اس پر جس نے حق کے اس قول کو سمجھا۔
English:
Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy and blessings… Listen attentively to this segment from the book of Sheikh Akbar Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi (may Allah have mercy on him), filled with elevated spiritual knowledge. The seeker narrates that the noble Messenger then opened the celestial sphere of Khalilullah (Abraham) for him. He witnessed his spiritual secret circumambulating in the Bait-ul-Ma'mur, clad in a garment of light. He received him with peace and immense honor. The seeker inquired: "O embodiment of hospitality and caller of Makkah! Inform me of the reality of your abode of peace." He replied: "Reflect upon 'By the star when it descends'." The seeker asked: "What is my portion in your essence?" He said: "It is to feed creation from your provision. O son! Do you not know that without Generosity, there would be no existence; without Grace, there would be no discourse of Wisdom; without Sacrifice, no secret would be revealed." The seeker expressed his desire to enter the Bait-ul-Ma'mur and this famous station. He was told it had conditions mentioned in the "Inscribed Book" and "The Unfurled Parchment". Upon his insistence, he summoned the Keeper of the seventh heaven, the guardian of this treasure, who immediately brought the book. The seal was broken, and the lines were read: "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." This is the House of Truth and the Abode of Sincerity, the source of union and separation, the secret of East and West. It is forbidden to every station-holder except the one who comes from the Highest Companion and reaches the Supreme Station, who resides at the station of "Qaba Qawsayn wa Adna" (the distance of two bows or closer), which is the Praiseworthy Station for the Chosen Muhammadan. Then follows the description of the realities of proximity in the Ascension, the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary, the signs of Jannat-ul-Ma'wa, the vision of the Divine Essence veiled by the shield of attributes, the reality of the Throne and the Footstool, the difference between the steps of the angels and the knowers, the perpetual vision of the inheritors' spirits compared to its intermittent nature in the worldly life. So, whoever attains this station, entry into Bait-ul-Ma'mur is not forbidden to him. And peace be upon whoever comprehends this saying of the Truth.
